Our Agent Spotlight this month recognizes Alyssa Rodriguez and the exceptional commitment she brings to her job every day. Alyssa has worked in real estate since 2019 helping clients achieve their real estate dreams. She joined us in March 2021 and demonstrated her work ethic and dedication.
When asked about what she loves most about being a part of the LRG team, she stated that she’s proud to be with such an incredible brokerage, “Levi just sets a great example of what a prominent leader should be,” Alyssa mentioned. “Not only has he been accommodating, but so has everyone else. Their commitment is a testament to their vision of winning for their clients.”
She believes every agent looking to find proper training, support, and be a part of something special can find it with the LRG team.
Alyssa is an excellent fit at LRG because of her passion for real estate, a trait she always seeks to showcase, especially by helping buyers find their ideal home. She is never afraid to go above and beyond her expectations. From organizing a garage sale for her client who needed to get rid of belongings before they sold their house, to babysitting a client’s child while they were busy with sales representatives, nothing is ever too much for her.
She aims to treat every client like family, where wanting them to succeed is just as important as seeing yourself succeed. Her willingness to help even comes in handy outside of work as well. Alyssa tries to give back to the community where she can. When she’s not helping clients with their dream homes, we can find her volunteering at the local homeless shelter, donating to blood drives, and supporting multiple children’s charities.
