LRG Agent Salena Arledge has a Knack for Helping First-Time Sellers

Meet Salena Arledge. Salena has been a licensed sales agent at The Levi Rodgers Real Estate Group for more than two years, but began her real estate career 10 years ago.
Previously she was a marketing admin for a luxury real estate firm where she handled their newspaper and graphic design needs. This experience led her to a career in real estate. Her experience over the years has made her very knowledgeable where she has sold various types of homes, but she likes to say that her area of expertise lies with first-time sellers.
At the beginning of the pandemic, Salena went above and beyond to help one of her clients get their unfortunate situation turned around and back on track. A new seller lost his job and wasn’t able to pay his mortgage. Penalties started to accrue and put his payoff out of reach. She listed the home with a small window of only three weeks to sell before a foreclosure was imminent. She ended up receiving an offer after the first few days. Not only was Salena able to deliver on a quick turnaround, but she also was able to provide comfort and relief to her seller.
Seeing the joy on her client’s face was such an extraordinary feeling that she will never forget. Her motto by poet Ralph Waldo Emerson, “patience and fortitude conquer all things” paid off with this client.
When Salena is not helping clients, she loves to spend time with her family, watch horror movies, play trivia and word games and go on vacations on the beach.
She also likes to introduce people to disc golf - similar to golf but players throw a frisbee-like disc in chain-link baskets throughout a course. She has supported EDGE - Educational Disc Golf Experience - through donations and playing charity tournaments. EDGE was established in 2002 by a group of dedicated disc golfers with a passion for teaching disc golf to youth.
Salena says, “I believe wholeheartedly in their mission and appreciate their dedication to bringing this game to a wider audience.”
Like EDGE’s passion, Salena has found that the Levi Rodgers Real Estate Group is also dedicated to its agents and customers. She says LRG has a great set up with a wealth of knowledge and experience for agents to leverage and achieve their goals.
She adds, “We celebrate each other's and our collective achievements and keep pushing to be better.”
