LRG Spotlight: Gunnar Witt - Retired Firefighter and Real Estate Agent!

Meet Gunnar Witt, a Levi Rodgers Real Estate Group agent, who knows a thing or two about when things get a little hot. Gunnar is not only a Veteran and real estate agent, but also a recently retired full-time firefighter.
Gunnar has been a licensed sales agent at the Levi Rodgers Group since 2015. He has experience selling an array of residential homes, and he is knowledgeable about San Antonio and the surrounding Hill Country area. His wife, Candice, is also a sales agent on the team.
Gunnar recently changed a young family's life when things didn't look so hopeful for them. With the family being discouraged from getting the run-around from other agents, their trust wasn’t something that was easily given. Not only was Gunnar able to find the house of their dreams, but he also advocated for numerous upgrades to be completed on their home to alleviate some of the family’s financial challenges.
He said, “The look of relief on their faces when I handed them the keys to the house made it all worthwhile and I showed them not all agents are bad.”
Gunnar and his wife reside in Bandera, where they operate a boutique hotel on Main Street. They have two fur babies, Hunter and Coco. In his free time, you can find him out on the lake and also supporting charities for Veterans and first-responders.
Gunnar lives life by honesty, transparency and by building relationships. After working six years at LRG, he says it's the positive “spirit of the team” and their community involvement that makes LRG stand out.
We asked Gunnar what would you tell an agent that may be thinking about joining the LRG team?
He answered, “That the focus is on the agents so they can put all their energy into helping the client.”
