Meet Eli Perez, an agent for the Levi Rodgers Real Estate Group! Eli shows us what it really means to put clients first and get the job done no matter what.
Recently, Eli’s client purchased a piece of land with a mobile home that had been abandoned for a while. The client couldn’t close on the home until it was removed. After calling around to dozens of companies, no one wanted to haul it off. Or they wanted to charge several thousands of dollars for removal.
This wouldn’t cut it for Eli, who has served in the U.S. Army for almost three decades. Finding a solution is always possible. He rented a Bobcat vehicle himself and “Operation Mobile Rubble” commenced. He and the buyer went and demolished the mobile home, turning it into a heap of scrap metal. Then they sold the metal -- which covered the cost of the Bobcat rental and paid for a portion of the buyer’s closing costs!
Talk about making a customer for the long haul! For Eli, being in real estate is not about the money, but more about building quality and satisfied relationships.
Eli admits he had to learn about land and mobile home contracts the hard way with this experience, but it has made him a better agent. And his LRG team has been supportive every step of the way of his four years with the team.
“At LRG, you are part of a team,” he says. “If you need assistance or help, someone is always there. It has a family feel to the organization. Levi cares because you can see it in his words and actions. If you give 100 percent, you will succeed.”
When Eli is not busy helping his clients find land or their dream homes, you can find him supporting causes that help military families who have lost loved ones overseas.
